The apartment is located only 200m from the beach. It's spacious and well equipped, for up to 2 people. It's rather quiet with a great view at the ocean, a park and the mountain El Candado as well as to the city center of Malaga.
There is a large balcony on which you have access from the living room, the kitchen and from both bedrooms.
The bright living room with its attractive sofa and dining area is very comfortable. There is Wifi available too.
The bedrooms are furnished with a wardrobe and a nice, big bed. There is a spacious and fully equipped bathroom.
The apartment and the neighborhood are well suited for a visit at any time of year.

"Aussicht aufs Meer und die Nähe an den Strand war Top. Sehr kurze Entfernung nach Malaga und Airport. AlquilaHome Service ist unkompliziert und sehr freundlich. Wohnung ist für 4 Personen völlig ausreichend ausgestattet. Strandstühle etc. war auch alles vorhanden. Kann ich nur empfehlen."

"We had a fantastic stay in this comfortable and spacious apartment. The generous terrace with sea view is recommendable in particular, and the well-equipped kitchen is an asset as well. Great value for money! The location is excellent. Located in authentic El Palo with an easy-going local Andalucien vibe and plenty of delicious seafood restaurants, 1 minute walk to the beautiful el palo beaches, 10 minutes drive to the city centre of Malaga (or a healthy walk along the sea side promenade), few minutes walk to grocery stores as well as local markets, and easy access to the central highways with 15 minutes drive to the airport."
