"Der Lärm aus dem SWAN sowohl von der Musik wie auch vom Geschehen war teilweise bis in den Morgen hinein ohrenbetäubend laut und an ein Schlafen war kaum zu denken. Es ist sehr sehr sehr hellhörig. Die Wohnung selbst hat unserer Ansicht nach einen hohen Bedarf für eine Renovation. Ausserdem sind die Bezüge der Möbel schmuddelig. Fazit: nie mehr in diese Wohnung. "

"Service von Alquila Home wieder wie immer Spitze. Lage vom Casa Blanca auch perfect. Aber die Sauberkeit lässt sehr zu wünschen übrig, Da nicht nur, nicht richtig sauber gemacht war, sondern allerlei Kleintiere in der Wohnung waren, sogar in der Küche. Das fanden wir nicht toll. Das ein Grund, das Haus nicht mehr zu mieten. Außer das Ungeziefer verschwindet und es wird besser geputzt. War von den Häusern, die wir kennen in den Punkten das absolut schlechteste. Ganz liebe Grüße aus Deutschland an das Team und Feliz Navidad Claudia und Helmut"

"A lovely place to stay and combine both worlds of beachlife and citytrip. Within half an our you can reach the centr of Malaga bij bike or bus. The neighbourhood is safe and nice to stay, people are very kind. The apartment is clean and functional, cosy as well. Too bad that trees in front grow higher and higher, so to the sea is a bit hidden. Still, you can hear the waves and join the sound on the lovely balcony. Thank you!"

"The property and service was excellent all round. Duplex Pardo was very well maintained and in beautiful surroundings overlooking the beach. Everything you required for a wonderful relaxing holiday was close by, restaurants, supermarkets and buses that run every 15 minutes just a few yards away. I would recommend renting this property and if this one is unavailable then contact Alquila Home as they have many more that I am sure are of the same standard. The owner of Duplex Pardo deserves a mention as it is such a beautiful property."

"This was our 2nd stay at Atico Alvarez. This is a lovely apartment with all amenities and 2 great terraces. It's location is very central to all Malaga has to offer and only 15 min walk to train station. Sam is a great host and very welcoming. We highly recommend this apartment. "
